Common questions
What counts as a prompt?
A prompt is a single question you want to track across the AI answer engines. (Google search keywords are tracked separately.) Each tracked prompt is checked weekly. Prompt and keyword limits are shared across every brand on your account, so you can split them however you like.
Which engines and search results do you track?
On the answer-engine side we track ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. On the search side we track your keyword positions in Google's organic results. Every plan gets Google rank tracking, ChatGPT, AI Overviews and AI Mode; Perplexity is included from Starter and Gemini from Growth. We add new engines as they gain adoption.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Prompt limits and check frequency adjust immediately.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Starter free, with no card needed. If you don't choose a paid plan by the end, the account moves to Free: your first brand, its first 5 prompts and first 10 keywords keep running, the rest pause, and nothing is deleted.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars, one price for everyone. Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which can show the amount in your local currency, accepts cards and UPI in India, and adds any local tax (for example GST in India) at checkout.
Do you offer agency / white-label pricing?
Yes. For agencies and larger brands we offer custom volume pricing with multiple brands, team seats, API access and white-label reports. Contact us to set it up.
