Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Presence Scout at presencescout.com (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Who we are

Presence Scout is operated by HyperBillion Private Limited, a company registered in India, with its office at P.N. 12, Laxmi Vihar B, Sirsi Road, Meenawala, Panchyawala, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302034, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean HyperBillion Private Limited.

The service

Presence Scout is software for measuring search visibility. It tracks a brand's Google rankings and checks whether AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews mention the brand when asked questions about its market, then shows the results in a web dashboard with reports and alerts.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account, including by team members you invite.

Free trial

New accounts get 14 days of the Starter plan free, without a card. At the end of the trial the account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. One trial per person.

Plans, credits and billing

• A free plan is available. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance and renewed automatically until you cancel.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in US dollars; any applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• We sometimes offer a discounted first month; the checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.
• Each plan includes limits on brands, prompts, keywords, team seats and monthly check credits. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

First payments come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The details, including when later payments are refunded, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the service;
• resell or share access to the service outside your team;
• use it to break the law or the terms of the search engines and AI providers we query on your behalf;
• create multiple free accounts to get around plan limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, after notice where that is reasonable.

Your data

You own the brands, prompts, keywords and other information you add. We use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your results or ask us to delete your account at any time.

Accuracy of results

AI answers and search results change often and vary by person, place and time. We measure them carefully and on a best-effort basis, but we do not guarantee that results match what any particular user sees, or that following our recommendations will change your rankings or AI visibility.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features over time; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
