This Privacy Policy describes how Presence Scout ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use presencescout.com and our services.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics on our public pages (such as the homepage, pricing, blog and help pages) to understand where visitors come from and which pages they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage signals such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. We do not run Google Analytics inside the logged-in dashboard, so your activity as a customer is not shared with Google. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. On the same public pages we use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised interaction sessions (clicks, scrolls and page structure) and heatmaps to help us improve the site; like Google Analytics, it never runs inside the logged-in dashboard. We also set first-party cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service, such as your sign-in session.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, run the AI visibility checks you configure, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, payment and email providers) under appropriate confidentiality terms.
