Each keyword is looked up once. The rank credits it uses are shown before you confirm.
3 · Refreshes run weekly
Tracked keywords re-check automatically, building a history you can read.
4 · Compare and export
Sort by movement, group keywords by topic, and take the table with you as CSV.
One market and one device per brand
Each brand is tracked for the market you choose, a country or a city inside it, and either desktop or mobile. That keeps every position comparable with the last one. Every stored check records which market it was made from, so changing the city never reads as a rank change. We do not track by ZIP code or in Google Maps.
Rankings and AI answers side by side
The same keywords often appear as buyer questions in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. Presence Scout shows both in one dashboard, so you can see where search sends people and where the assistants do.
Questions
How often are rankings updated?
Weekly, automatically, for every tracked keyword. You can also refresh by hand at any time; the credits it uses are shown first.
Can I track a city or a ZIP code?
A city, yes: set it in the brand's settings and every rank check is made from there, at no extra credit. ZIP codes and the Google Maps pack are not tracked today. If the map pack matters to you, tell us.
