Promptrack includes white-label PDF reports in its one plan, and Rankscale lists white-label options on its Growth plan at $385 a month. Presence Scout's PDF reports carry its own branding today.

Do these tools track Google rankings as well?

Of the six, only Presence Scout lists Google keyword rank tracking alongside AI visibility, from its $29 Starter plan.

Best AI Visibility Tools for Agencies: 6 Compared (2026)

Six AI visibility tools compared for agencies on price per client, prompts, white-label reports, seats and Google rankings, from each vendor's own pricing page.

If you run an agency, "best AI visibility tool" means something different to you than to a brand. You need to know how many clients a plan covers, how many prompts each client really gets, whether reports can carry your logo, and whether your team can log in. I read the pricing pages of six tools and compared them on exactly that.

Full disclosure: I make Presence Scout, one of the six, so I'm not neutral. Every figure comes from the vendor's own pricing page, linked below, and I'll say where others are ahead of us. Prices change, so check before you buy.

What agencies should compare

Brands per plan. Some tools charge per brand, some cover unlimited brands for one price.
Prompts per client. 200 prompts across 20 clients is 10 each. Divide before you compare.
White-label reports. Whether the monthly report can go out under your name.
Seats. Whether your team shares one login or gets their own.

1. Presence Scout

I built Presence Scout for small teams that need Google rankings and AI answers in one place, and its plans are priced by brands, which suits agencies. Starter is $29 a month (₹2,499 in India) for 3 brands, up to 50 prompts on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and AI Mode, and 100 Google keywords. Growth, at $99, covers 10 brands with 200 prompts and 400 keywords, and adds Gemini.

Checks run weekly by design, so each client's allowance covers more of their market rather than repeating the same prompts daily. Every brand gets PDF and CSV reports built from stored checks, including the full answers and cited sources.

Where others are ahead of us: white-label reports and separate team logins, which we don't offer yet.

2. Promptrack

Promptrack has one plan: €99 a month for unlimited brands, 200 prompts a week and six engines, including Claude and Copilot. White-label PDF reports go to clients weekly, and it adds AI traffic analytics and crawler logs. Its own page says team seats are one login per workspace today. For an agency with many small clients, it's the one to beat on price.

3. LLMrefs

LLMrefs lists $79 a month, marked "limited time only", for 500 prompts across all AI engines it covers, with unlimited projects and team members and weekly reports. It works from your keywords and generates the prompts for you, which suits an SEO agency's existing keyword lists. There's a 7-day free trial.

4. Rankscale

Rankscale's Pro plan is $99 a month for 1,200 credits and 10 brand dashboards. The agency plan is Growth, at $385 a month: 5,500 credits, 50 dashboards, white-label options and a REST API. Credits suit agencies whose clients need very different volumes.

5. Otterly.AI

Otterly.AI's Lite plan is $29 a month for 15 daily prompts in one workspace. Agencies will want Standard, at $189 for 100 prompts and unlimited workspaces. Its agency partners get 150 prompts on Standard and "pitch workspaces" for auditing prospects before they sign.

6. AthenaHQ

AthenaHQ has a free Essential plan with 300 credits, where one credit is one AI response. Starter is $295 a month for 3,600 credits across 11 models. Its pricing table marks Starter for "self-guided SMBs" and points agencies to the custom Enterprise plan.
