Presence Scout vs Peec AI comes down to one question: do you need AI analytics in depth, or AI answers and Google rankings together at a lower price? Both tools track how AI engines talk about your brand. They're built for different teams, and I'll try to be straight about which team you're on.

Where Peec AI is ahead of us

• Your choice of models, including Microsoft Copilot and Naver AI, which Presence Scout doesn't track.
• Traffic and crawl data. Peec AI connects to your CDN or site logs to show visits from AI assistants and which AI bots crawl which pages. Presence Scout checks whether crawlers can read your pages, but it doesn't read your logs.
• Deeper analytics. Its feature list includes product-level tracking for shops, brand perception scores, recurring objections AI raises about you, and fact checks of AI claims against facts you set.
• Unlimited users on every plan, and a Looker Studio connector on Advanced ($495).

If you run a large brand and want deep AI analytics across markets, honestly, Peec AI is the stronger tool.

Daily or weekly checks?

Peec AI checks every prompt daily: 4,500 AI answers a month on Starter, by its own count. I built Presence Scout to check weekly, on purpose.

Here's my reasoning. AI answers and Google rankings for a fixed set of prompts move slowly. Day-to-day changes in a single answer are mostly noise you'll be tempted to react to; the weekly trend is the signal. For most businesses, I believe the bigger gap is coverage: tracking enough prompts and keywords to see every product line, segment and market you sell into. Weekly checks put the plan's allowance there.

Where Presence Scout is ahead

• Price. $29 against $95 to start, and a free plan so you can try it on your own prompts first.
• Google rankings in the same tool. Starter tracks 100 Google keywords alongside your prompts, so you see where you rank in Google and whether AI names you, for the same buyer question. Peec AI's pricing page doesn't list rank tracking.
• Perplexity on the entry plan. Peec AI lists Perplexity only under Enterprise.
• More brands to start. Three brands on Starter and ten on Growth, against one project on Peec AI's Starter and two on Pro ($245).
• Local markets. Google rankings can be checked for a country or a city, such as Pune.
• Rupee billing for Indian businesses, so the price doesn't move with the exchange rate.
• From data to tasks. Every check keeps the sources the engine cited, and an action plan turns those sources into ranked tasks.

Which one I'd choose, depending on you
