AI visibility
Working the Action Plan
The Action Plan turns your results into an ordered checklist: the specific prompts to go after, sorted by impact, with the state of each task tracked as you work.
The three kinds of task
- ⚡ Quick wins: prompts where you are close. Small moves flip these to a mention.
- 🚩 Bigger plays: high-value prompts where you are absent and the AI leans on sources you are not part of. More work, more return.
- 📄 Content gaps: questions where the AI had little to draw on from you. These usually need a page written.
How to work it
- 1Start at the top: the list is already ordered by impact, so the first item is the best use of your time.
- 2Open a task to see which competitors were named ahead of you, the sources the AI drew on instead, and a short playbook for that specific gap.
- 3Set it to In progress while you work, then Done when the change is live. Completed tasks sink to the bottom.
- 4Re-run the prompt after your change is indexed to see whether it flipped.
The projected figure at the top shows where your visibility would land if you cleared the priority prompts. It is an upper bound built from your own checks, a target, not a promise.
The plan is built from web-grounded checks, because it needs to know which sources the AI cited. If it looks empty, run checks on an engine that grounds (Perplexity and Google AI Overviews always do).
