AI visibility
Reading your AI visibility Overview
The Overview answers one question: when buyers ask AI about your category, how often does it name you? Every number comes from your own checks. Nothing is estimated or modelled.
The five headline metrics
- Visibility: the share of your checks where the AI named your brand. This is the headline number to move.
- Prompts mentioned: how many of your tracked prompts name you at least once, on any engine.
- Cited as a source: how often the AI linked to your own website in its answer. Being named is good; being cited is stronger.
- Top 3 / Top 5 / Top 10: where you land in the running order of brands the AI lists. Position matters: the first brand named gets the attention.
- Sentiment: how the AI characterises you when it does mention you.
The charts
- Visibility trend: your mention rate per day checked. It needs at least two days of checks before a line appears.
- Visibility vs competitors: the same measure for every brand you track, so you can see who is winning the category rather than just your own line.
- Share of voice: of all the brands the AI named across your checks, how often each one came up.
A day only appears once checks ran that day. If the trend looks sparse, run checks or turn on weekly tracking. We never fill gaps with estimated data.
